These Terms and Conditions (“Campaign Terms”) govern participation in the “Predict the World Cup” giveaway (the “Campaign”) organized by BitDelta.
By submitting an entry, participants agree to be bound by these Campaign Terms, in addition to BitDelta's General Terms and Conditions along with the Security and Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If there is any conflict between these Campaign Terms and BitDelta's General Terms and Conditions with respect to the Campaign, these Campaign Terms shall prevail.
1. Nature of the Campaign
1.1 The Campaign is a promotional, skill and a chance-based social media contest conducted for brand engagement and user acquisition purposes. It is not gambling, sports betting, wagering, or a game of chance requiring payment or consideration of any kind to enter.
1.2 No purchase, deposit, trade, or payment of any kind is required to participate in, or to be eligible to win, the Campaign. Participation is entirely free and voluntary.
1.3 BitDelta has no influence over, and does not control, the outcome of any football match referenced in the Campaign. All match results are determined solely by the relevant football associations, FIFA, and the competing teams, and BitDelta makes no representation as to the outcome of any match.
1.4 Participation in the Campaign is entirely voluntary. Participants may withdraw from the Campaign at any time by ceasing to submit entries, without penalty, though previously submitted entries will remain subject to these Campaign Terms.
1.5 Prizes awarded under the Campaign are one-time promotional rewards and do not create any ongoing entitlement, relationship, or obligation between BitDelta and any participant beyond what is expressly stated in these Campaign Terms.
2. Purpose of the Campaign
2.1 The Campaign is intended solely as a community engagement and participant interaction initiative conducted in connection with the 2026 FIFA World Cup knockout stage. The Campaign is designed to provide eligible participants with an opportunity to engage in a skill-based prediction activity.
2.2 BitDelta reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Campaign, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, including (without limitation) where required by law, regulatory guidance, technical necessity, suspected fraud, or force majeure. Section 10 (Campaign Modifications) applies to any such change.
3. Eligible Participants
To be eligible to participate in the Campaign, a participant must, at all relevant times:
• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age;
• Hold a BitDelta account that has completed full Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”) identity verification prior to submitting an entry;
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Campaign from, a Restricted Jurisdiction (as defined in Section 3.3 and finalized by BitDelta's Compliance team prior to Campaign launch);
• Not appear on any sanctions or watch list maintained by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”), the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, or any other applicable sanctions authority.
3.1 The following persons are not eligible to participate and any entries submitted by them will be void: employees, officers, directors, and contractors of BitDelta and its affiliated companies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or household members of any such person.
3.2 BitDelta reserves the right to request additional verification of identity, age, KYC status, or jurisdiction at any time, and to disqualify any participant who fails to promptly provide satisfactory verification upon request.
3.3 BitDelta reserves the right to restrict or prohibit participation by individuals who are residents of, located in, or otherwise subject to the jurisdictions identified as restricted under BitDelta’s General Terms and Conditions. Participants from any of the restricted jurisdictions listed below shall not be eligible to participate in this promotion/campaign/program:
· United Arab Emirates, European Union, Afghanistan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Guinea-Bissau, Iraq, Myanmar, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Mainland China, The United States of America, United Kingdom, Canada, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria.
4. Account and Participation Requirements
In addition to the eligibility criteria in Section 3, each participant must, at the time of entry and throughout the Campaign Period:
• Maintain a verified BitDelta account with KYC verification complete;
• Participate using one (1) BitDelta account and entry via, multiple accounts by the same individual will result in disqualification of all associated entries and accounts;
• Access the Campaign from a non-Restricted Jurisdiction, as defined in Section 3.3;
• Remain in good standing and in compliance with BitDelta's General Terms and Conditions at all times.
5. How to Participate
To submit a valid entry, a participant must complete each of the following steps:
(a) Follow the official BitDelta X(Twitter account)
(b) Reply to the official campaign post for the relevant match with a score prediction in the format “Team A and Team B (Score) (e.g., “Brazil 2 Argentina 1”); and
(c) Include the participant's BitDelta User ID (“UID”) in the reply.
Entry Rules
• Only one (1) entry per match, per participant, is permitted. Where multiple entries are submitted for the same match by the same participant, only the first valid entry received will be counted, and subsequent entries for that match will be disregarded.
• Entries lock thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled kickoff time of the relevant match. Entries submitted after this cut-off will not be accepted under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for the delay.
• Once submitted, an entry is final and cannot be edited, withdrawn, or resubmitted.
• Entries that omit the participant's UID, or that do not follow the required “Team A and Team B(score)”format, are void and will not be counted.
The Campaign covers eight (8) knockout-stage matches of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, from the Quarterfinals through the Final. A separate official campaign post will be published on X for each match.
6. Prize Structure
The Campaign has a total prize pool of USDT 500, allocated as follows:

6.1 All prizes will be distributed in USDT only, credited directly to the winning participant's verified BitDelta account. No cash, cryptocurrency other than USDT, or other in-kind alternative will be offered or substituted, whether at the participant's request or otherwise.
6.2 Prizes will be distributed within seven (7) to ten (10) working days following 19 July 2026, subject to completion of BitDelta's standard winner verification process.
6.3 Each participant is solely responsible for determining and satisfying any tax reporting or payment obligations arising from the receipt of a prize under the Campaign, under the laws of their applicable jurisdiction. BitDelta does not provide tax advice and makes no representation regarding the tax treatment of any prize.
6.4 Any prize that remains unclaimed, or that cannot be distributed because a winner cannot be verified or contacted, within thirty (30) days of the prize being awarded will be forfeited automatically and retained by BitDelta. BitDelta shall have no further obligation to the relevant participant in respect of a forfeited prize.
7. Winner Selection Criteria
7.1 Correct Score Prediction Winners
• Match results will be assessed based on the score at the end of regular time or extra time only. Results of any penalty shootout are excluded from consideration.
• Where a match is level at the end of extra time, the result will be recorded, for Campaign purposes, as a Draw at that scoreline, irrespective of the eventual outcome of any penalty shootout.
• The official source for match scores will be the official records published by FIFA.
• If more than five (5) participants submit the correct score prediction for a given match, five (5) winners will be selected at random from among the correct entries using a verifiable random-selection method.
• If fewer than five (5) participants submit the correct score prediction for a given match, all participants who predicted correctly will be declared winners for that match.
• If no participant submits the correct score prediction for a given match, no Correct Score prize will be awarded for that match, and the corresponding unspent prize funds will be retained by BitDelta.
7.2 Participation Lucky Draw Winners
• All valid entries submitted during the Campaign Period, whether the underlying prediction was correct or incorrect, are eligible for the Participation Lucky Draw.
• Fifty (50) Lucky Draw winners will be selected after the conclusion of the Campaign using a cryptographically secure random-selection method.
7.3 BitDelta's determination of all winners under this Section 7, and its application of these Campaign Terms generally, shall be final and binding on all participants, save in the case of manifest error or fraud on BitDelta's part.
8. Participant Obligations and Disqualification
By participating in the Campaign, each participant agrees to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including their UID, match predictions, and any personal details requested by BitDelta;
• Maintain the security of their BitDelta account credentials and not share such credentials with any third party;
• Refrain from using bots, scripts, automated tools, virtual private networks (VPNs), proxies, or any other technical means to submit or facilitate entries;
• Refrain from colluding or coordinating with any other participant to influence entries or winner selection;
• Comply with all applicable local laws in connection with their participation, including any applicable tax reporting obligations.
8.1 BitDelta reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate any entry or participant and to disqualify a participant (and to void any associated entries and forfeit any prize otherwise payable) on grounds including, without limitation: fraud or attempted fraud; operation of, or entry via, multiple accounts; collusion with other participants; violation of these Campaign Terms or BitDelta's general Terms and Conditions; or any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the mechanics, integrity, or administration of the Campaign.
8.2 BitDelta's exercise of its rights under this Section 8 shall be final and shall not give rise to any claim against BitDelta by the disqualified participant.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
9.1 Personal data collected in connection with the Campaign, including KYC information, UIDs, and prize-payout details, will be collected, processed, and stored by BitDelta in accordance with BitDelta's Security and Privacy Policy.
9.2 Where a participant is located in the European Union or European Economic Area, or is otherwise subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), BitDelta will process that participant's personal data in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR, including as to lawful basis for processing, data minimization, and the participant's rights of access, rectification, and erasure, as further described in the Privacy Policy.
9.3 Personal data collected for the Campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Campaign, verifying eligibility, and distributing prizes, and will not be used for unrelated marketing purposes without the participant's separate consent, where required by applicable law.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BitDelta shall not be liable for any failed, delayed, or incomplete USDT transfers, blockchain network congestion or delays, incorrect wallet or account details provided by a participant, or any other technical issue affecting the distribution of prizes.
10.2 BitDelta makes no representation or warranty regarding the tax consequences of receiving a prize under the Campaign, and participants acknowledge that they bear sole responsibility for any such consequences, as set out in Section 6.3.
10.3 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BitDelta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a participant's entry into, or participation in, the Campaign, including any loss arising from a participant's inability to submit an entry due to platform outages, connectivity issues, or third-party platform unavailability.
10.4 Nothing in these Campaign Terms excludes or limits BitDelta's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Match Contingencies
11.1 If a scheduled match is postponed, BitDelta will extend the entry lock for that match to thirty (30) minutes prior to the rescheduled kickoff time, and will announce the revised schedule via BitDelta X(Twitter account)
11.2 If a scheduled match is cancelled and not rescheduled, all entries submitted for that match will be voided, and the corresponding Correct Score prize allocation for that match will either (a) be reallocated to the Participation Lucky Draw pool, or (b) be retained by BitDelta, at BitDelta's sole discretion, with the applicable treatment to be announced via BitDelta X(Twitter account)
11.3 In the event of any other disruption to the World Cup knockout schedule that affects the Campaign's ability to operate as described in these Campaign Terms, BitDelta reserves the right to make such reasonable adjustments to the Campaign mechanics, timeline, or prize structure as it considers necessary, subject to Section 12 (Campaign Modifications).
12. Campaign Modifications
12.1 BitDelta reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign, or any part of these Campaign Terms, at any time and at its sole discretion, including where necessary to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance, to address suspected fraud or abuse, or in response to circumstances beyond BitDelta's reasonable control.
12.2 Where reasonably practicable, BitDelta will provide notice of any material amendment, suspension, or cancellation of the Campaign and/or the Campaign page. Continued participation in the Campaign following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Campaign Terms.
12.3 If the Campaign is cancelled prior to completion for reasons outside BitDelta's control, BitDelta will use reasonable efforts to distribute prizes based on results determined up to the point of cancellation, but shall have no further liability to participants in respect of the cancellation.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 These Campaign Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the governing law set out in BitDelta's General Terms and Conditions.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Campaign Terms or the Campaign shall be subject to and resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set out in BitDelta's General Terms and Conditions, which shall be deemed incorporated into these Campaign Terms by reference.
13.3 Participants acknowledge and agree that the jurisdiction, arbitration (if applicable), class action waiver, and all other dispute resolution provisions contained in BitDelta's General Terms and Conditions shall apply to any dispute arising in connection with the Campaign, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
14. User Acceptance
14.1 By checking the acknowledgment box presented on the Campaign entry page and/or by submitting an entry in accordance with Section 5, a participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Campaign Terms, BitDelta's General Terms and Conditions along with the BitDelta's Secutrity and Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure.
14.2 Participants who do not agree to these Campaign Terms should not submit an entry or otherwise participate in the Campaign.
15. Administration
15.1 BitDelta will maintain complete records of all winner determinations, prize calculations, and payout transactions made in connection with the Campaign for audit and regulatory purposes.
15.2 These Campaign Terms will be prominently linked from the official Campaign page, and participant acknowledgment of these Campaign Terms will be recorded at the time of entry.
